Profile Information and Biographical Summary

In August 2004 Terry moved from his consulting practice to join
Visual Sciences in McLean, VA full time as a Senior Consultant.
During his time as an independent consultant, Terry worked with
companies to help with strategy formulation or development and execution
for B2B and B2C initiatives. He has extensive experience with all
aspects of web traffic analysis, CRM analytics, web site globalization,
site architecture, and infrastructure for high availability.
Also, Terry has more than 30 years of experience building and
managing a number of effective technical and business teams for
Research and Development and Internet marketing activities.

Terry was involved with all aspects of web site development
and implementation at Eastman Kodak Company for over eight years.
He was the key leader who formed an ad-hoc team in 1994 to establish
the initial web site for Kodak. Since that time he was involved
in all aspects of the web site development and operation, and was
a consistent contributor for growing the web site to over 80,000
pages, and establishing 45 country web sites. The web site currently
delivers 2 million page views, and reaches more than 150,000 unique
visitors each day.
